The pandemic has huge impacts on our physical health; but it is also important to recognize that it has taken a toll on many people's mental health, so you are not alone. A great way to stabilize your mental health is to remain physically active throughout the week. By exercising, you will be stimulating the endorphins in your brain; and, because endorphins act as natural painkillers as well as mood elevators, staying physically active will help you relieve your stress. It is important to understand that exercise plays an important part in your mental and physical health.

During the pandemic, you are likely to be stuck at home doing homework, which is why you need to take short breaks periodically to do your work with a high degree of effectiveness. Have some healthy snacks, such as fruits, while you study. Having something to eat while studying lets your brain operate more effectively, and you will be bettering your physical health simultaneously. To sum up, it is of the utmost importance for you to take care of yourself. If you find that things are not working for you, try to seek professional help. We all need help from time to time, and sharing whatever is on your mind with someone you feel comfortable with is a great way to start getting help.
