If someone has a mental disorder, what should they do to avoid getting COVID-19?

In difficult and stressful times like these, staying indoors and being isolated is able to exacerbate mental health issues, which is why having people to reach out to, is essential. Staying at home and abiding by your local lockdown rules is one of the best ways to avoid getting COVID-19, whether or not you have a mental disorder. Although for some, that is much more difficult. Having people to talk to and activities or pastimes to get you through quarantine are important. If you are abiding by the stay-at-home orders and have fun hobbies for yourself, you are already on the right track to healthily avoiding COVID-19.
